PRICING AND TERMS

1. The price is Rs. 15,000 (Indian Rupees Fifteen Thousand Only), (Equivalent to about US$ 180), for accessing the training by ONE user at a time, for 1 Month. Currently GST is NOT applicable for India customers.
2. For customers outside of India, if any taxes/charges/ any payment by any name, is to be made to anyone, apart from price, such payments will be made by customer, directly to that party.
3. The scope of training and price DOES NOT include supply of any hardware, any software, any plant model, or any services.
4. BENCHMARK liability in any case is limited to refunding monies paid, for accessing the training for that particular trainee.
5. The training is copyright and intellectual property of BENCHMARK www.benchmark1.in. The training shall be copies and distributed in away, by the customer.
